Your 'god' is not my God!

Previous rhetoric --- Stories and rhetoric listing --- Next rhetoric

An SPV has a personal ‘god’.

She heard somewhere in her very own church, and with her very disected bible of excuses under her arm that you have to educate children with the ‘rod of correction’ (she finds it in Proverbs 23:13 and takes it as some law she has got to abide or she’ll go straight to hell!), even though some people say that the old testament is somewhat amended by the new one, but that's depending on who you’re talking to… and the church you go to… and the chapter or verse in question, so an SPV - knowing what’s best for her selfish manipulative being, runs out to get herself some of those

freaking wooden rods to beat the hell out of her children everytime they behave like… children!!?

Then she goes and apologizes - not from her heart of course - and tells them it’s good for them and explains that her ‘god’ - that vengeful one she believes in - told her to do it…  she passes as someone who hears voices to be able to justify and excuse her intolerant merciless behavior… as if she were schizophrenic!  And she opens up her bible and finds the words that release her of any sort of responsibility… and she goes on saying:  “You will someday understand”…

Okay, let me see if I understand this correctly… isn’t her reality different than that of the-rest-of-us-mortals?

Her ‘god’, as opposed to the other one, consents to torturing children so an SPV can, with her ‘god’s’ permission, avoid responsibility, redirect guilt and be able to beat the crap out of the poor kid because her ‘god’ allows, in the name of ‘education’ and of ‘love’, children to be tortured with a freaking wooden rod in one hand and a bible in the other!

I witnessed this some time ago and I raised my voice.  The end result: the SPV expelled me from her habitat!  They can strike their children over and over as they go repeating: “this hurts me more than it does you”… believing that it will make the poor kid understand!

Or how about that other SPV that once grabbed his seven year old boy by the hair, raised him a foot from the ground, took him upstairs - still by the hair - and almost beat his poor little soul out!

Why?  Well, the reason would somehow be a valid one - and not really - if the kid had set the family pet on fire, right?  Well, not the case!  That ‘helpless’ little boy stumbled and stuck his hand in his birthday cake as he tried to grab on to something!  Yes, it was his birthday, and he committed an awful crime!

Strange my using quotation marks in the word helpless, huh?  Well, what I could not get at the time and is so inexcusable is that it happened in the presence of other adults… and nobody did or said anything!

These sort of episodes seldom happen in the presence of strangers… it all goes on before the eyes of the SPV’s ‘herd’ of freaking followers… and any action, manipulation, torture, cruelty, or whatever, will always go with an: “oh my god!  Look at what you made me do!” or any other phrase that will justify her belief in that cruel merciless ‘god’ she has access to and her 'herd' allows it.

And then there are those who wonder: ‘Why is that old man so alone and his children never come visit?’… yeah… why the heck is that?

Don’t go numb when you witness the cruel and violent behavior of an SPV towards a child or a pet.  A helpless being!  He cannot do anything about it… but you can!  Get up and hush no more!  And leave nothing out… tell all!

There’s nothing more intimidating for an SPV than having a ‘hostile witness’ there as it is hard for her to come up with a plan to cancel out what you said and regain victimhood.  Part of her ‘herd’ of followers might not believe you but there will be some that will or - at least - give you the benefit of the doubt.

I told what I saw once... and they believed me… yeah, well… if only for a moment because next thing I know, someone had called my SPV to corroborate my story and it all changed for me… I hadn’t realized I was going against a ratified veteran SPV… her acting was spectacular - to each their own - worthy of a freaking Oscar!

Of course they are better than us in the art of deceit, plotting, and manipulation so YES they can be intimidating… but at least I tried.   Got muddy on the way, but I did try.  Lost a lot in that community but gained so much more knowing I’d done something.

When an SPV starts to grow old she becomes sweet and serene… I call her hypocritical and repressed… so she starts putting the past where it belongs… in her oblivion.

These two children will never forget!
