What kind of Mexico do you want?

Previous rhetoric --- Stories and rhetoric listing --- Next rhetoric

I’m gonna talk about expressions, politics and illegal aliens… racism and self-esteem…

and if the shoe fits… I see how Hispanics are cruel and like to self-proclaim themselves as victims… they love to bully others, and they have a thing for drama and the passing on of guilt.

Yes, it’s true… and I can prove it!

First of all I’d like to start with the titles of these three movies I’ve got here.

Love at Second Sight… which is originally called Two Weeks Notice - I mean, what? But since the target audience for it are chicks then they think of a corny title that will draw women in… but it has nothing to do with love at second nothing!

Then there’s Seeking a Partner which is originally called Must Love Dogs - gosh he’s supposed to like dogs in order to answer the add… Yes, it’s true she’s looking for love but the original title is so much better!  But, since I live in a country where dogs are some forgotten garage creatures that are NEVER considered part of the family well… of course they would never leave the original title!

But the one that drives me CRAZY is that movie called Martian Child… because in Spanish they decided to call it: Nobody loves you more than I do…

Nobody loves you more than I do!!!

Is that expression supposed to make the person hearing it feel better? Nobody loves you more than I do???  Is it supposed to lift my self-esteem knowing that nobody loves me more?  Lots of people love us and in different ways and that doesn’t mean it’s not love… it is not less… it’s just different!!!

Hispanics like living like victims… they hate expressions like John F. Kennedy’s: Ask not what your country can do for you--ask what you can do for your country… because it implies having to do something for someone other than yourself… it implies leaving their selfishness aside.

Whenever Hispanics are in a foreign land they take up to 3 jobs to make ends meet… walk hours across the desert to get a job… when... if they put half the effort into their own country they’d be big!

Hispanics hate that motion is necessary for attaining success.  When traveling abroad they follow the rules, do not litter, and say ‘excuse me’ and ‘thank you’ left and right!

They become so patriotic outside their country.  They defend it with all of their hearts and souls.
If I’m in a different political party a Hispanic will do anything necessary to throw out any initiative I have… even if it would help that country he says he loves so much when he’s got a foot on the other side of the border.

I once was at a store in Arizona and the cashier woman - when she realized I was Mexican - said:  ‘It is so good that you are here, let’s see if we can take back our land from this freaking gringos’… I kept my mouth shut… I meant to tell the manager about her racist comment… I meant to answer:  Yes, but we sold it, you idiot! - but I decided to keep it to myself before having to face this violent person’s anger.

I would like to see this video move someone… move someone enough as to make a difference.  And YES!  YES there is someone out there who loves you more… or different… and that if you love your country you will want to make a difference even if you live in it.

I should remind you that this is my point of view… that words are powerful and permanent… be smart about it because if you can only think of ways to shut me up and beat the hell out of me then… stop… or I’ll be forced to turn you into literature! XD
